Securities entered via the Internet will incur a flat rate of $15 per ticket regardless of the number of shares, the price of the stock, or the type of order (market, limit, stop). *

Automated option orders (via theInternet) will incur a charge of $40 PLUS $2.00 PER CONTRACT

Option Exercise / Assignment $25 commission.

No Extra Charge for Stock or Option ‘Change Orders’.

*NOTE: Above rates exclude "Penny stocks". The commission schedule for executions on "Penny stocks" – stocks that trade at less than $2.00/share is as follows:  Any equity execution at $2.00/share or less for a maximum of 10,000 shares will incur a commission of $30.00 - executions at $2.00/share or less for more than 10,000 shares will incur a commission of $30.00 plus $.005/share.

FOR THOSE WHO PREFER TO ENTER STOCK AND OPTION ORDERS USING A LIVE BROKER, THE FOLLOWING COMMISSION SCHEDULE APPLIES:

ALL STOCK TRADES ( NASDAQ/OTC stocks and LISTED stocks)

3¢ per share subject to a minimum commission of $45. This includes many pink sheet and most foreign stocks.

ALL OPTION TRADES

$50 Plus $3.50 per contract

BONDS

$5 Per $1,000 subject to a minimum commission of $40.
